Order
After you submit your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided. You may not receive a certificate due to an incorrectly typed email address during registration or your ’spam’ settings. We cannot be responsible for the incorrect e-mail address provided by the customer or for the failure to confirm the e-mail due to the operation of the ’spam’ filter set in the e-mail account!
We reserve the right to refuse orders that have already been confirmed in whole or in part.
Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, on Electronic Commerce Services, an order placed in the webshop is considered to be a written contract, in Hungarian, concluded between the Parties. By accepting / sending the order, the buyer entitles our company to use courier delivery and pay for the fulfillment of the created electronic contract / order.

Please indicate the order number in the remark’s box. In case you miss the bank transferring, we will send you a reminder after 3 working days. If the amount does not arrive to our account number after 5 working days from the date of sending the order, your order will be canceled automatically.
We also charge a shipping fee for shipments marked ’Undeliverable’, ’Refused’ or repeated unsuccessful parcel delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If the delivery was not succesful due to the costumer, the delivery fee will be charged to the buyer. Until the arrears are paid, we will not be able to fulfill any further orders received with your name / address / telephone contact.
Orders are processed continuously, purchases received on a given business day are usually delivered within the next 1-2 business days. We can only cancel an order at the request of the customer if it has not yet been processed, invoiced, packaged and handed over to the delivery companies.
Invoicing
We issue an invoice for the order placed in the web store, which the customer receives in electronic form by e-mail after the order has been processed. Invoices are issued with the system of szamlazz.hu. The invoices are kept in electronic form, for 8 years in the storage space maintained by szamlazz.hu, and can be re-downloaded from the customer’s account at any time.
Right of withdrawal / cancellation
You have the right to withdraw the order- which is considered to be a written contract, in Hungarian, concluded by the Parties- from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the package. The right of withdrawal / cancellation expires 14 days from the date on which you or a third party takes over the product. (Refused parcel delivery does not constitute the exercise of the right of withdrawal!)
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw / terminate by post to Sushi Sei Kft., 1036. Budapest, Bécsi út 58. or by e-mail to info@redginseng.hu address.
You will exercise your right of Withdrawal / Cancellation within the time limit if you submit your Withdrawal / Cancellation Notice before the expiration of the period specified above.
You must return the product to us in its original, undamaged condition without any delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product. We cannot pick up cash on delivery or postage.
The Buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal if
1.) in case of a contract for the provision of a service, after performance of the service as a whole, where the business has commenced performance with the consumer’s express prior consent and the consumer has acknowledged that he loses his right of termination after performance of the service;
- in case of a perishable or short-lived product;
- in case of a sealed product which, for reasons of health or hygiene, cannot be returned after opening after delivery;
- the product is not returned in its original, unopened condition, in accordance with the price paid (in case of food supplements, the right of withdrawal cannot be enforced even if the security seal of the plastic cap is damaged or the goods purchased in the package are not only partially returns.)
Legal Effects of Withdrawal / Termination
If you withdraw from this contract , we will reimburse you immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal, for any consideration paid by you, including shipping costs.
We will use the payment method agreed upon with you during the refund, and you will not incur any additional costs as a result of using this refund method.
We may withhold a refund until we have received the product back or you have confirmed that you have returned it.
Complaints handling
The goal of our store is to fulfill all orders in the right quality, with the complete satisfaction of the customer. It will remedy and resolve any complaints that may arise and are deemed justified, as well as any deficiencies that may arise, as soon as possible.
If the Customer has any complaints regarding the order or its fulfillment, he can submit his complaint to our customer service phone number (+36 30 643 2902), to the E-mail address info@redginseng.hu, or by letter. Our store will investigate your complaint immediately and remedy it if it is necessary.
If the Customer doesn’t agree with the handling of the complaint, our company will take minutes of the complaint and its position on it and send a copy to the Customer. If it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, our Company will take minutes of the complaint and provide a copy to the Customer.
The Customer may send the complaint in writing to the e-mail address info@redginseng.hu or in the form of a postal letter sent to Sushi Sei Kft, 1036 Budapest, Bécsi út 58. The store will investigate the customer”s complaint within 30 days and inform the Buyer in writing about the result. He shall keep a copy of the reply for a period of 3 years and shall present it to the inspection authorities on request.
If any consumer dispute between the Store and the Customer is not resolved during the negotiations with the Store, the following enforcement options are open to the Customer to contact to:
- Complaint to the consumer protection authority
- Initiation of the proceedings of the Conciliation Board (Budapest Conciliation Board, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., Phone: 06-1-488-2131)
- EU online dispute resolution platform
- Initiation of legal proceedings
